Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Rally in the Valley Robotics Challenge & S.T.E.A.M. Expo. This year, we're excited to expand our celebration of innovation, creativity, and learning with three incredible events: our signature RIV Robotics Challenge, the 2nd Annual Esports Tournament, and our inaugural Drone Competition.

These events wouldn’t be possible without the support of dedicated volunteers like you. Join us in inspiring the next generation of engineers, scientists, gamers, and problem solvers!=

Why Volunteer?

Volunteer Roles:

We have a variety of roles available to suit your skills and interests:

- Robotics Field Assistant: Help set up and manage the robotics competition field, assist teams during matches, and ensure fair play.

- Workshop Facilitator: Lead interactive workshops that engage attendees in hands-on S.T.E.A.M. activities.

- Information Booth Attendant: Provide information to attendees, answer questions, and assist with event logistics.

- Judging Panel Member: Evaluate robotics projects based on specific criteria and help determine winners.

- Event Photographer/Videographer: Capture memorable moments throughout the event.

How to Volunteer:

1. Complete the online volunteer registration form.

2. Choose your preferred volunteer role.

3. Attend a mandatory volunteer orientation session - date: TBA
